Clyde Ledwell

Clyde departed this life on February 19, 2022 at 5:30pm with his family by his side.

Clyde Ledwell was born July 25,1943 to the late Herman and Lucille Bell Ledwell in Randolph County. He graduated from Liberty High School, Liberty, North Carolina. Clyde Ledwell joined Stout's Chapel United Methodist Church at an early age and remained faithful until his health declined. He volunteered his time to the church.

He united in matrimony to the late Dorothy Brooks. To this union three children were born. Two proceeded him in death Roselyn Dorene Mason and Clyde Elliot Junior. Clyde worked at Eveready Battery Company until retirement.

In addition to his parents, eight brothers and sisters proceeded him in death.

His memory will be cherished by his son Bryant Ledwell of Asheboro, North Carolina, and loving daughter-in-law Donna Ledwell of Siler City, North Carolina. His six grandchildren Kateria, Janelle, Keishawn, Malcolm, Destineé, Jeremiah and four great grandchildren. His brother Charles (Ed) Ledwell of Asheboro, North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
